What is identity theft?
Identity theft occurs when someone uses your personally identifying information, like your name, Social Security number, or credit card number, without your permission, to commit fraud or other crimes.
The FTC estimates that as many as 9 million Americans have their identities stolen each year. In fact, you or someone you know may have experienced some form of identity theft.
The crime takes many forms. Identity thieves may rent an apartment, obtain a credit card, or establish a telephone account in your name. You may not find out about the theft until you review your credit report or a credit card statement and notice charges you didn’t make—or until you’re contacted by a debt collector.
Identity theft is serious. While some identity theft victims can resolve their problems quickly, others spend hundreds of dollars and many days repairing damage to their good name and credit record. Some consumers victimized by identity theft may lose out on job opportunities, or be denied loans for education, housing or cars because of negative information on their credit reports. In rare cases, they may even be arrested for crimes they did not commit.

Instant messaging.
The Internet has revolutionized the way we communicate. E-mail has been the most rapidly adopted form of communication ever known. Less than two decades ago, not many people had heard of it. Now, many of us e-mail instead of writing letters or even calling people on the phone. People around the world send out billions of e-mail messages every day.
But sometimes even e-mail isn't fast enough. You might not know if a person you want to e-mail is online at that moment. Also, if you're e-mailing back and forth with someone, you usually have to click through a few steps. This is why instant messaging (IM) has become so popular.
With IM, you can keep a list of people you interact with. You can IM with anyone on your buddy list or contact list as long as that person is online. You type messages to each other into a small window that shows up on both of your screens.
Most IM programs provide these features:

Afimutasi
My name is afimutasi Lupelele Fanene Lauofo.I just graduated from marina high school class of 2010.I received scholarships to play at USC and Sacramento state and Ohio, but not only did I not have the money but my mom didn't want me to leave her.I come from a very big family,we are Samoan coming straight from the islands of american Samoa.I attend cabrillo college with my brother jr.he pretty much watches out for me at school,so pretty much he is older than me,you never find us anywhere without eachother unless we both have diffrent class or something. My bestfriend is like a sister to me.but she is my cousin Noelle Lealofiamoa Lake.It was hard saying goodbye to her when we both graduated and headed into two diffrent directions but i still keep in touch and still her number 1 fan.im into a lot of stuff like: playing sports as in basketball (which is my number 1) softball, volleyball.I love watching football also.i love horses, reading books, traveling, piano, photography.I am pretty much treated in my family as the youngest a.k.a baby. Everyone looks to me as the last resort.I have so much pressure and weight being held on my shoulders.its kind of annoying cause my family makes me live up to THEIR expectations and never ask me How I feel but in the end I guess I can't say much.I look up to my brother fauao.when he was still an infant him and his twin brother were in a car accident...till this day he is handicap.I pretty much am the only person who visits him besides his twin.My family dosent know this but he is the reason why I want to become a doctor.I want to find a cure or a mirical for my brother.he is my inspiration.thanks for reading.......
